Returning a ShoesOcean item is quick, free, and painless. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

- in their original condition
- in their original packaging

- Print off the Freepost returns address label generated (UK only - for overseas orders, postage must be paid UNLESS the item is FAULTY. More info below.)
- Pack your item(s) and paperwork, attach the address label and send it back to us
